These terms cover FieldPass HQ at https://fieldpasshq.com. FieldPass HQ is the operating site for one baseball club or one high school program. A coach creates one free program and any number of teams. Public pages show that program's schedule, roster, coaches, tryouts, commits, news, and sponsor.

FieldPass HQ is baseball only. It is not a league product and it is not a general website builder. There is no payment, no ads, no texting, and no player or parent accounts. The only file upload is one optional image on a uniform piece.

AmyoSport is a separate public directory. FieldPass reads a park name from AmyoSport by park id. When a coach chooses an existing club, high school, or college, FieldPass also reads that name. It does not add clubs, high schools, or colleges to AmyoSport. It does not send rosters, accounts, or other personal data to AmyoSport, and it does not operate amyosport.com.

Who may create a program

A coach creates a program with a coach account. The coach is responsible for having permission to post a minor's name on that program. FieldPass can remove a program or a coach account.

The founder has a separate password and can open every program. There is one founder login, not a second coach role. Players do not have accounts.

Sample pages at https://fieldpasshq.com/t/demo-baseball and https://fieldpasshq.com/t/demo-high-school are sample data, not real children. Live programs created by coaches are real.

The service

The service is free and provided as available. FieldPass does not promise that the site will be up, complete, or error free.

The program content a coach posts belongs to that coach. The coach gives FieldPass permission to display that content on the public program page.

Acceptable use

Do not post phone numbers, email addresses, or parent contact in roster or listing fields. Do not impersonate another person or program. Do not scrape the site. Do not post unlawful content.

Player rows do not store phone, email, parent contact, address, or school id. A team membership may store an optional birth date and an optional parent or guardian name for the coach. Those notes are not on the public page. Agreements and fees are not on the public page. A uniform image is on the public page only when the coach marks that piece Public image. Coach, tryout, and commit listings do not store phone numbers or email addresses. A coach can be listed on more than one season, with a role for that season. A program can store a sponsor name and a sponsor email link. Do not use other fields to work around these limits.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. FieldPass disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, FieldPass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising from use of the site. FieldPass's total liability for a claim about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top will show the latest version. Continued use of the site follows the new terms.
